A Place You Can Call Home

Our program consists of rehabilitation/post acute care, long term skilled nursing care, memory support and apartments for independent living. Our building is licensed by the state and federal government as a skilled nursing home that provides short term Medicare covered care and long term care covered under Medicaid. We have many private suites with the comforts of home and a philosophy of wellness, rehabilitation, freedom, nurturing, and safety. Each day our elders set their own schedule, pursuing a hobby or personal activity or have lunch with a friend at the local café. Our goal is to facilitate the elders’ independence and ability to pursue their interests. Our staff are provided intensively trained and empowered to carry out their services compassionately and competently.
